The Board was abolished pursuant to 2013, 275:15, I, effective 7-1-13, which repealed RSA 329-A. Existing rules (Plu) were transferred pursuant to 2013, 275:14, II to the Mechanical Licensing Board in the Department of Safety and were replaced by rules numbered Saf-Mec in 2015 and thereafter.
